Al Turnquist announced today he was adding another level to the all ready successful 10Kper-week program, which encourages business owners such as myself to build and employ sales teams, following the example of top Fortune 500 industrial leaders.
The major weakness of the 10kper-week has been that whilst it is easy to hire sales closer to work as contractors, it is difficult to ensure that they carry out the work assigned to them, that of calling leads.
The solution is to build virtual telephone sales rooms each staffed by a sales manager who will be able to oversee all the activity in the sales room. Sales teams of business owners will now be required to work one or more shift during the day.
The Sales Manager will monitor the calls and during the close will be able to either message or take over a close in order to help less experience sales closers.
