So, he figured out that by taking Hcg with a low calorie, low fat diet, the body is forced to burn fat. Hcg causes your body to mobilize fat out of the fat storage locations first, which doesn’t happen with the usual diets. Best of all, you aren’t hungry because of the Hcg and how it makes your body burn over 1000 calories a day.

What are the benefits?
This is what is really exciting. You get fast weight loss. You aren’t particularly hungry which is unusual for most diets. And you don’t develop loose or sagging skin. You just tighten up. Weight Loss – Diet Tips

With all the attention on weight loss in our world, it’s important to remember that there is more to weight loss than simply counting calories. Caloric quality is a more important focus than quantity.

The idea is to focus on health; balanced weight is the natural by-product. Eating for balanced health and weight loss involves an appropriate amount of protein, quality carbohydrates, healthy fats, oils and snacks.

Protein:
Protein builds and repairs muscle, allows optimal immunological function and stimulates the body to release a necessary hormone called glucagon's. Hard-boiled or poached eggs, 2% organic unsweetened yogurt, chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon and other cold water fish are all exceptional examples; palm size is the perfect amount for each meal.

Carbohydrates:
With diabetes on the rise, people are increasingly aware that the wrong type of carbohydrates (white stuff) causes an overproduction of insulin leading to toxic side effects. Favourable carbohydrates include vegetables (except corn and carrots), fruits (except bananas, raisins and dates) and whole grains like brown rice, oats or rye.

Good Fats for Weight Loss:
Remember, it takes fat to burn fat – but all fats are not equal. Two types of fats fall into the “good fat” category: monounsaturated fats and omega-3 fats. Monounsaturated fats are from olive oil, nuts like almonds and cashews and avocados. Omega-3 fats come from fish, fish oils, hemp seeds, walnuts, flax seeds and oil.

Snacking is necessary for weight loss!
Snacking helps to regulate and boost metabolism, balances blood glucose levels and reduces levels of triglycerides in the bloodstream. High-fibre, healthy fat snacks will help you stay energized until your next meal.

Here are two days’ worth of menus for balanced health and weight loss:
DAY 1:

DAY 2:
Breakfast: - Old-fashioned Oatmeal

• 2⁄3 cup steel cut oats
• 1⁄3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
• ¼ cup 2% unsweetened yogurt
• 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
• Sprinkling of cinnamon and nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla Leanology shake mix (for added protein)

Snack:

• 2-4 Leanology chews

Lunch: - Tuna Salad with Brown Rice

• 3 ounces wild-caught albacore tuna packed in water
• ¼ cup celery
• 1 tablespoon olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing
• 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
• 1/2 cup cooked brown rice with a pinch of sea salt
• 1⁄3 of avocado on top

Snack:

• ½ baked sweet potato/yam with cinnamon and agave nectar

Dinner: - Broiled Flounder with Green Beans

• 4.5 ounces broiled flounder or other white flaky fish
• 2 tablespoons yellow onion chopped
• Parmesan cheese
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
• Squirt of lemon juice
• 1 1/2 cups fresh green beans
• Broil for 6-8 minutes with chopped onions sprinkled on top and around the fish. Garnish

The first thing you need to do is to select the main keyword or keyword phrase you are targeting and then ensure your content is keyword specific, but do not keyword stuff. Good meta tags are essential to gain top position.

Autoresponder for Better Home Based Business

I was on a forum today where there was a discussion about what was the best auto responder and it seems that Aweber has strong support, however I have a different opinion.

The auto responders that I use are Getreply, which is provided free by one of my website host, very functional, form code provided to buid subscriber forms and good tools to manage both subscribers and emails.

Veretekk includes very powerful autoresponders in its suite of marketing tools and is far and away the best on the market value for money. You can have unlimited auto responders. The only drawback is that it is difficult to edit the series of emails however there is an expected update due out this year which will rectify the matter.

I have used Trafficwave in the past which includes another excellent autoresponder, as part of its system.

I have looked at Aweber,which is a great auto responder however feel that you get better value for money with an intergrated system.

Many business opportunties include auto responders as part of their marketing programs but
often these are basic and you are not able to edit the messages.

My suggestion is to build a small portfolio of home based business opportunities, with a spread on costs. you need to have a cash cow which will provide you with cash for one off sales together will others that will provide you with residual income.

The next question to consider is what the businesses are going to cost you on a regular basis and what kind of budget you have. Many home based business opportunties are free but you will find it takes a long time to earn any money from them, however for around $10 per month, you can find worthwhile opportunties which can provide up to a 50% return, one I use is Freeffas, which provides me with thousands of leads on a daily basis for my other home based opportunties and get $5 residual income on every sale.

The top of the scale would be a business with a one time investment of between $1000-4000 now few people have this kind of money hanging around, however once you are getting residual income from your lower cost home based business, its worth considering re-investing in a cash cow where rewards can be substantial.

Having a broad spread of home based business opportunties will held build a secure future, and protect you if for some reason one or more opportunties fail. Because building online takes time and energy, I would recommend working no more than 3-5 businesses at the start and only expand further when these are running themselves.

Smart Goal Setting

A Calendar provided prompts of when to send emails, press releases, articles, classified ads and another sheet in the smart goal setting program was set aside for results.

Vereconference rooms have just been updated to version 5 so that they now include a webcasting tool.

"A webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology. As a broadcast may either be live or recorded, similarly, a webcast may either be distributed live or recorded. Essentially, webcasting is “broadcasting” over the Internet.

The generally accepted use of the term webcast is the "transmission of linear audio or video content over the Internet".

Webcasting is an ideal tool for online training and is simple to use you just log into your Vereconference room. Go to the whiteboard and select the webcasting tool.
You then select a pane on your computer screen which will act as your stage, thereafter any thing you place on the stage will appear as a webcast, recording sound and video. Your cursor appears as a large arrow so that your audience can clearly see what you are talking about.

The Vereconference room has recording facilities which as well as recording sites browsed, presentations on whiteboard and chats will also record webcasts.

To record a training session which includes a webcast first select the record function from the file menu, you will be prompted to name the file and choose the location. Once recording is on start your presentation including your webcast. When your presentation is finished, you will have a selection of files including the java presentation,mp3 and index file.

The index file can be editing to remove or reduce the chat area and also to allow branding of the recording with your own logo.

To distribute your webcast upload the folder to a server and provide a link to the index file. The webcast can then be run on a adhoc basis by anyone who has access to the file.
